By downloading, installing, or using PlumbPro Exam ("PlumbPro", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
PlumbPro Exam is a mobile application that provides plumbing exam preparation materials including practice questions, mock exams, study tools, and reference materials based on the International Plumbing Code (IPC). The App is intended as a study aid and does not guarantee passage of any licensing examination.
To use PlumbPro, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.
PlumbPro offers a free tier with limited access and paid Pro subscriptions with full access to all features.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
PlumbPro provides study materials based on the International Plumbing Code (IPC). While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or current. The App is a study aid and should not be used as a substitute for the official IPC code book or professional instruction. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on the App's content.
All content in PlumbPro, including questions, explanations, code references, graphics, and software, is owned by Kean Holdings LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings section. Upon deletion, all your personal data, progress, bookmarks, and study history will be permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple ID settings, as account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.
PlumbPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kean Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PlumbPro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
